Let us plan and cater your reception - You don't have to worry about the scheduling, the meals, the service or the timing!
Our Ballroom at the Fredericksburg Elk's Lodge will accomodate up to 496 people.

The client will be charged on a Per Person basis for all attendees.
In addition to the Per Person charge, the client will be charged a 20% service charge, plus a 9% sales and meals tax.

The quoted price includes professional staffing — Servers, Chef and Pantry Staff as dictated by the menu and scope of the event. Diane's Finest will provide one Bartender at a rate of $20.00/hour. If a bar is provided, the client is requested to purchase their own ABC license from the Virginia ABC Board.
The Fredericksburg Elks Lodge,

located just south of the city of Fredericksburg, is nestled close to the Rappahannock River on Tidewater Trail. It is conveniently near an Amtrak station, University of Mary Washington, Quantico, Dahlgren and cultural attractions. A modern new hotel is located within walking distance of the Amtrak station. The lodge is just 3 minutes from historic downtown Fredericksburg, where guests can stroll the quaint shops and waterfront during their stay. Situated on 30 acres, the lodge is surrounded by a luscious green lawn which includes a pond. It is truly a beautiful setting which provides a safe, secure recreational and social environment for members and guests.
